How to return an item?


Please read the following.  While this is our standard return policy, we are willing to speak to you at anytime regarding your purchase.  Remember,  our commitment is to your 100% satisfaction, so long as you are reasonable and not trying to abuse us.  All RMA's begin with an email to

Standard Return Policy - 15 Days


This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by SBR are covered by this Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 15 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our freight refund policy, please refer to the Product Refunds section below. Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our Customer Service Department.

 


Special Order Return Policy - Non Returnable


This is our detailed Special Order Return Policy. SBR often sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently items indicated as having this Special Order Return Policy are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Special order items require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.

 

 

Order Exchanges


SBR does not offer in-store credit for returned items, and no exchanges will be made. All returns and replacement shipments will be treated as separate transactions.

 

Product Refunds


Once your return shipment has been received and approved, we will enter it in our system and automatically credit your original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 5 business days via PayPal, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and Standard Return Policy requirements will be eligible for refunds. SBR does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Refused or undelivered orders may also be subject to return freight fees and customs clearance charges. Refused/Un-deliverable Orders


Refused or un-deliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from your product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undelivered by the shipping carrier may be subject to customs clearance charges on the return shipment. SBR reserves the right to deduct the cost of these customs clearance charges, in addition to all freight charges, from your product refund.

 

Product Warranties


SBR does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty. If you recently purchased a product from SBR and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Department for assistance. Our Customer Service Representatives can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our Customer Service Department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.
